I'm currently leading HR and administration at KAST, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, payroll, benefits, employee contracts, EOR arrangements, and performance reviews.
Previously, I led HR and culture at Eyepax IT Consulting and supported HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, payroll, HRIS reporting, and data-driven workforce decisions. At Kramski Lanka, I developed HR strategies, retention and succession plans, training programs, and performance management processes while ensuring employment-law compliance.
My experience also includes senior HR work at BoardPAC and HR business partnering at Singer Sri Lanka PLC, covering local and overseas recruitment, training needs analysis, payroll, benefits, contracts, employee records, and process improvement. I'm passionate about optimizing people processes and aligning HR practices with business goals.
