I’m a Sales and operations professional with hands-on experience managing vendor relationships, distribution logistics, and new business acquisition in a fast-paced FMCG supply chain. I build trust quickly with clients, distributors, and cross-functional teams through polished communication and a friendly, extroverted approach to client handling.

In my current role at Jiva Mineral Waters, I negotiate and manage raw material vendor relationships to keep production schedules on track. I coordinate transport logistics and distribution routes to deliver on-time performance to distributors and retail partners.

I drive growth by identifying and onboarding hotels, restaurants, and cafes as fresh distribution partners, expanding market reach. I also serve as the primary point of contact for distributors and retail partners, resolving order and delivery issues quickly to maintain high client satisfaction.

Alongside practical field experience, I bring a strong BBA foundation in business analysis, process management, and reporting, supported by training in Business Analysis & Process Management and Sales Job Simulation. I’m now looking to bring my relationship-management, coordination, and problem-solving strengths to a Customer Service, Back Office, Sales Executive, Operations, or Front Desk role.
