I'm currently supporting more than 100 customers daily at Smoker's World while processing cash, credit card, and electronic payments through Square, Loyverse, and traditional POS systems.

I manage daily bank deposits, cash-drawer reconciliation, shipments, inventory records, stock replenishment, and inventory audits. I also handle customer questions by phone and in person, complete opening and closing procedures independently, and keep documentation organized.

Previously, I coordinated calendars, appointments, transportation, confidential records, and daily operations as a Personal Assistant for the Department of Rehabilitation Services. As an EMT-Basic with Superior Ambulance Service, I documented patient care and transport information, coordinated with healthcare teams, and communicated vital handoff information to receiving facilities.

My earlier retail and food-service experience includes inventory, merchandising, training, scheduling, cash reconciliation, customer service, and shift supervision. I bring a detail-oriented approach to financial processing, documentation, client relationships, and fast-paced operations.
