I’m a customer-focused Virtual Assistant with a strong background in customer service, retail operations, facility services, security, and client support. Over 10 years, I’ve built a reputation for clear communication, calm problem-solving, and staying organized while working independently.

In my recent roles as a Security Officer and Security Guard, I monitored surveillance, conducted patrols, enforced safety policies, assisted visitors, and documented incidents. I’m comfortable responding to emergencies and maintaining accurate, organized records in fast-paced environments.

Earlier experience also strengthened my administrative and service foundation—working as a Custodial Worker at Madison Square Garden and a Laundry Attendant where I responded to sanitation and maintenance needs. I also handled customer-facing tasks as a Home Sales Associate at TJ Maxx and as a Grocery Clerk, supporting shoppers and keeping operations running smoothly.

I’ve briefly freelanced in data entry and customer support, and I’m familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for daily administrative support tasks.
