At UNHCR in Chad, I organised coordination meetings with partner organisations, documented agreed actions, and followed them through to completion. I also prepared correspondence and reports in French and English while keeping sensitive records confidential.
Since September 2023, I’ve worked remotely as an Independent Research & Quality Review Analyst for international AI firms, managing parallel client engagements across time zones. I draft, edit, and proofread English and French content, and handle confidential materials under strict NDAs.
I built a reusable Claude workflow that finds and verifies opportunities at source, drafts tailored documents, pre-fills forms, and tracks deadlines and follow-ups. It includes checks for source verification, assumptions, and human review before anything is sent.
I also supported pupils aged 5 to 14 in English and French as a Student Support & Learning Assistant, and managed scheduling and follow-up for my freelance tutoring clients. I’m bilingual in French and English and based in Kigali.
