I've conducted field and phone surveys for Laterite Ltd and 60 Decibels, collecting accurate data, testing questionnaires, coordinating enumerator teams, and maintaining data quality.

At DOKMAI Rwanda, I promoted products and services through social media, coordinated promotional materials, gathered customer feedback, and built connections with clients and industry professionals. I've also supported events, customer service, cultural exhibitions, and administrative work at Rwanda Academy of Language and Culture, Iwacu Arts and Cultural Village, and Kinyinya Sector.

My work includes transcription for Robson Project and human translation for MTPE Human Translation Project, with careful attention to meaning, formatting, grammar, and accuracy in English, French, and Kinyarwanda.

I'm committed to human rights, peace education, community dialogue, and youth participation through my volunteer work with Never Again Rwanda. I bring strong communication, organization, survey administration, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills to research and administrative work.
