I've built fundraising models supporting $100M+ across Series C through D financing and a $30M convertible note at SRTX, partnering directly with the CFO on diligence, board materials, and investor conversations. As the first FP&A hire, I built driver-based planning, forecasting, and KPI infrastructure across five business units.
Now, I advise pre-seed and seed-stage founders on three-statement models, cash runway, capital requirements, budgeting, and investor-ready pitch-deck financials. Earlier, I supported planning and performance reporting for six global business units generating $500M+ in annual revenue at Aylo and grew a profitable recreational soccer league to 100+ teams per season.
