What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with leadership on forecasting, profitability, planning, and strategic decisions while building scalable finance processes, improving reporting, and mentoring finance talent.

At Deloitte Canada, I lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for two $100M+ business segments, translating financial data into insights that inform executive decisions.

I build rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and dynamic P&L dashboards to surface rate variance, margin erosion, utilization issues, and profitability opportunities. I've also supported Anaplan and Cognos implementations, standardized employee cost rates nationally, and built models supporting FY25 profitability improvements.

Earlier, I forecasted major U.S. and Canadian construction projects exceeding $180M in revenue at Symtech Innovations and helped turn around a $10M+ underperforming project. I'm a CPA who enjoys coaching analysts, improving processes, and making complex financial information actionable.
