Designed, built, and operate a portfolio of AI-driven products and automation pipelines by running a governed multi-agent AI delivery organization end to end. Engineered permanent cross-session memory for the agent team through a structured Obsidian knowledge-vault setup.

Built and rolled out an automated portfolio- and project-management platform using low-code tooling. Developed project, program, and portfolio management methodologies to establish a center of excellence across OMRON EMEA.

Supported the global procurement transformation program The Way We Buy as project planner, managing multi-country rollout across EMEA. Managed the EMEA deployment of the P-cards project to completion in 3 months, 2 months ahead of schedule.

Led the internal implementation of a new project-control, time-booking, and budget-tracking tool. Coordinated multiple data-migration projects for the European Space Agency, with the largest valued at €300K.

Analyzed process-maturity assessments and drafted improvement action plans. Implemented the corporate business-intelligence tool for ICS product-line managers and developed the Team On-Line collaboration tool.
