As Senior Product Manager, I scaled revenue 90–110% year over year for four consecutive years while maintaining churn below 5% and NPS above 50. I owned product strategy, pricing, packaging, unit economics, discovery, and roadmap decisions across a fully remote company of roughly 40 people.

I shipped a GenAI feedback-classification engine using vector ML and GPT-4, plus a self-hosted DeepSeek deployment for data-sensitive clients. The platform now processes 1.5M+ responses per month and reached up to 95% agreement with manual coding through client-led evaluation loops.

Earlier, I launched a participant mobile app with 500K+ downloads, built enterprise deployment paths including APIs, SAP, Power BI, OAuth 2.0, and on-premise installations, and led a research consulting team of 10. I work async-first, using clear specs, decision logs, and short delivery cycles to turn customer evidence into durable product outcomes.
