What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a mid-level role in business analysis or information systems where I can lead process improvements, work on CRM/ERP and chatbot projects, mentor users, and apply development and systems-administration skills in a collaborative, growth-focused team.

I am a BSc Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in business analysis, information systems administration and IT support across insurance and higher-education environments.

As a Junior Business Analyst I supported requirements gathering, process analysis, testing and stakeholder engagements, and contributed to projects including an Alliance Insurance WhatsApp Chatbot, Beatrix CRM and the Everest ERP implementation that improved reporting and operational workflows.

I combine software and mobile development experience (C#, Java, JavaScript, React-Native, Angular) with systems administration, database management and technical training to deliver practical solutions. I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable systems and continuous improvements.
