I gathered requirements, designed solutions, and supported implementation through post-go-live activities.
At Insync Tech Fin Solutions (currently named as APPSeCONNECT), I gathered business requirements and participated in SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and integration projects. I also supported client accounts and troubleshot integration issues using SQL, REST APIs, XML, and JSON.
I won the Smart India Hackathon for developing a UAV-based landslide monitoring solution. I also developed an AI-enabled voice chat assistant for creating sales orders and quotations from phone orders, and built an integration solution connecting Miva with multiple ERP systems.
