At Softlink Global, I own the post-sales lifecycle for about 86 enterprise logistics accounts using the Logi-Sys ERP platform. I retained 85 of about 86 accounts and added ₹10 Lakh+ in expansion revenue through utilization audits and opportunities from proposal to module go-live.
I lead a 6-person Customer Success team and run full-cycle implementations, including a 300+ user enterprise rollout. I also built a CS Control Tower in Google Sheets and Apps Script, now used across the wider CS department, and take customer issues and feature requests to Product and Development.
