I’m a Project Manager focused on delivering enterprise data and SAP transformation end-to-end—turning business requirements into actionable plans, specs, and successful go-lives. Across multiple programs, I lead scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics while keeping stakeholders aligned from discovery through UAT and adoption.
At Omnicom’s Enterprise Data Hub (EDH), I managed cross-functional data initiatives across AWS, SAP, Power BI, and Business Warehouse. I owned governance as the primary POC, ran issue-resolution and steering discussions, and translated operational needs into BRD/FRD documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Previously, at Accenture and Easybill, I spearheaded the SAP BTP application development using genAI to automate the billing system, coordinating developers, UI/UX, testers, security, integration, and change management. I oversaw UAT, created test scripts and scenarios, and supported QA validation across environments to minimize post-deployment issues.
I’ve also led SAP Clean Digital Core and CIO SAP Program work, including KPI design with Power BI, Azure DevOps workflow tracking, LeanIX implementation support, and SAP change management for S/4HANA transitions.
