Led standard SAP process adoption (Adopt vs Adapt) across 18 process areas and ~100 quarterly SAP solution transformations, mentoring a team of 4 analysts. Integrated Azure DevOps pipelines, built Power BI KPI reporting, optimized performance by mapping ~51k objects via RICEFW, and supported Clean Core initiatives including BTP AI Core/HANA Cloud-driven bot development and SAP change management.

Redesigned the SIRs migration process lifecycle and created Lean System flowcharts to standardize migration execution. Deployed Agile methodology for SAP Operations work measurement (As-Is/To-Be) across 10 company sections, 40 processes, and 200 tasks, and led an RCA automation initiative by targeting bottlenecks in daily updates.

Led daily global SAP Finance production operations meetings with 100+ attendees, translating technical change reviews into clear task directives to ensure timely delivery. Managed SAP operations workflows including incident management under SLAs and delivered onboarding and reporting improvements via SharePoint (15+ articles, 2 video tutorials) and a dashboard replacement that increased visibility

Led cross-functional teams to deliver two product launches (portable and IoT CO2 monitors), shipping an MVP in 30 days and the first full-featured product in 90 days. Managed vendor negotiations for CO2 sensors, reducing project expenses by 10% and lead time by 5%.

Monitored the RCA generation process and served as a cross-sectional representative within the global RCA control system for SAP Operations. Improved RCA SLA performance by 2.5x by coordinating task completion and reviewing program changes during daily global production operations meetings.
