I have a strong background in Windows network administration, Office 365/Entra administration, Electronic Health Records, commercial MFPs, and mobile devices. My goal is to create positive customer outcomes and enhance perceptions of services provided through rapport, clear process communication, and respect for users' time and knowledge level.
