At DXC Technology, I lead backup and archiving operations for Saudi Payments, establishing standards for secure, available backup systems and aligning RTO and RPO targets with SLAs.
I've delivered IBM Spectrum Protect and Veeam backup environments across multiple data centers, supporting AIX, Linux, Windows, VMware, cloud services, Data Domain, and V7K storage. My work includes capacity planning, technical roadmaps, recovery testing, DR replication, cyber security requirements, and compliance with PCI, SAMA, and GRC standards.
Earlier at IBM Egypt, Vodafone, Export Development Bank of Egypt, and IT Valley, I led technical teams, supported enterprise platforms, trained engineers, and helped customers solve infrastructure, backup, database, and data-center challenges.
