At ZATCA, I build and maintain disaster recovery for IT applications, establish the DR Office, and create and activate related processes. I align DR with the BCM framework and Change Management, and maintain plans, runbooks, and the annual drill plan.
At STC, I contributed to creating the DR operation process and governance, helped keep the DR site ready, and prepared drill test scenarios. I also performed application-, business-, and site-level testing and participated in BIA and risk assessment work.
