Since 2015, I’ve provided administrative support and customer support as a self-employed assistant, including customer communication, follow-up, documentation, and issue resolution. I also maintained organized records and accurate information to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

From Jun 2019 to May 2020, I worked at Al Ahliya Insurance Company as a Customer Service & Issuance Officer, assisting customers with service requests and policy inquiries. I processed customer information and documentation accurately while maintaining professional customer service standards.

Currently, I support daily warehouse and operational activities at Maya Foods, assisting with order handling, inventory-related tasks, and business operations in a fast-paced environment. I’m eager to build a long-term career in SaaS customer support where careful documentation and dependable support make a measurable difference.
