At KGiSL Technologies, I lead the Dolphin SaaS implementation and migration from version 1.0 to 2.0 for CLSA and AMBIT. I delivered the MVP and secured client sign-off toward Go-Live, while coordinating teams and managing UAT, release readiness and deployment.

At Rappit Solutions (Vanenburg Software), I coordinated the Syensqo migration of about 20 enterprise applications and worked onsite in France for Go-Live, achieved with zero unplanned downtime. For Eijerkamp, sales order creation time fell by 92% at Go-Live, with zero critical issues on Day 1; I also managed Agile delivery and ITIL-aligned support across client accounts.
