I’m a Program Operations & Data Manager who turns complex multi-partner programs into reliable, audit-ready reporting. I lead data strategy, operational coordination, and stakeholder-ready insights to keep programs aligned with federal compliance and real-world outcomes.

In my current role, I support the Good Jobs Challenge, a $10.8M federal grant serving 1,200+ participants across 14+ subgrantee organizations. I built and maintained centralized reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and AGS software, and I design dashboards and templates that track participant outcomes, program performance, and partner deliverables.

I also keep data trustworthy through ongoing cleaning, validation, and reconciliation across partner datasets. I develop data dictionaries, submission guidelines, and reporting workflows, and I present findings to leadership and key stakeholders so decisions are grounded in accurate performance measurement.

Earlier, I migrated six years of participant training data into a new database and helped implement a new data system, including setup and staff training. I’ve also supported youth program operations, managed WordPress and SEO-focused publishing, and used Little Green Light CRM and Mailchimp to strengthen donor records, segmentation, and email campaign execution.
