I’m looking for a fast-paced customer success or operations role where I can own onboarding and support, streamline workflows, and manage high-volume communication across stakeholders—building trusted relationships through responsive, detail-oriented service.

I’m a client relations and operations professional known for improving onboarding coordination, communication workflows, and relationship management processes in fast-paced remote environments. I bring strong organization and proactive problem-solving to help teams deliver responsive, detail-oriented customer support.

In recent roles as a Recruiter & Operations Coordinator, I strengthened the end-to-end hiring and placement experience by streamlining communication between candidates and client families. I maintained structured candidate tracking systems within NannyLogic and Enginehire, while improving scheduling coordination through consistent follow-up and documentation management.
