What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support business operations and project delivery through financial reporting, documentation, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and AI-assisted workflow improvement.

At the Small Grants Programme (SGP) with UNOPS/UNDP Guatemala, I managed administrative and financial processes, reporting, and project-support activities from 2020 to 2025.

I created and reviewed Excel spreadsheets, financial reports, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and project materials. I monitored budgets and expenditures, identified inconsistencies, consolidated information for decision-making, and coordinated deadlines, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication across projects.

Previously at Grupo Taybeh, I coordinated marketing and business operations, campaign planning, lead-management workflows, reporting, and customer communication. I also use AI tools for research, content development, workflow optimization, prompt engineering, and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
