I'm looking for a remote-friendly opportunity where I can build and improve products, implement measurable growth strategies, and bring structure, innovation, and team motivation through SMART goals.

I've helped BALINCA localize services for the GCC, earn CISI accreditation, win Fast Company competitions in 2022 and 2024, and uncover new markets through research, customer journey mapping, and NPS analysis. As Acting COO, I refined operations, led event logistics, grew the team through talent acquisition, and managed supply chain delivery.

At Vodafone, I launched Ana Vodafone features, including Detailed Consumption View and ADSL service-request tracking, facilitated Agile delivery for three customer-care squads, and built insights, budgets, scorecards, and KPI assessments to improve customer experience. I also grew Unilingo's Veritasium Arabic channel to monetization in three months through content, community, SEO, and performance tracking.
