My name is Madhusmita Mandal, and I am an aspiring human resource professional with a strong educational background in social work and human resource management. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work (Human Resource Management) from Karma University, where I graduated with a commendable percentage of 69.43%. My academic journey has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in dynamic organizational environments.

Throughout my education, I have engaged in various projects that have honed my practical skills. Notably, I completed an internship at NALCO, focusing on performance appraisals, and participated in a college project on training and development for an NGO. Additionally, I contributed to a family health initiative aimed at preventing mosquito-borne diseases in rural areas.
