I seek a senior systems/production-support role in a collaborative team focusing on uptime, incident management, deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvement using UNIX, SQL, DevOps and cloud tools.

I am an experienced IT professional with over 10 years in systems operations, application and production support across financial services and enterprise clients. I have led support, release and deployment activities using UNIX, SQL, Jenkins, UDeploy, Apache Tomcat, Splunk and Nagios, and hold ITIL V3 and Azure Fundamentals certifications.

I consistently drive incident resolution, deployments and infrastructure migrations — including RHEL6 to RHEL7 and Tomcat/Java upgrades — and have been recognized for proactive outage handling and deployment initiative. I seek to improve operational resilience by streamlining release processes, enhancing monitoring, and mentoring teams to deliver reliable production services.
