I’m a results-driven Technical Product Manager focused on cloud security posture management, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CSPM within Microsoft Defender for Cloud. I work directly with enterprise customers—delivering technical guidance, troubleshooting scenarios, best practices, and leading customer-facing sessions such as technical deep-dives, demos, and architecture discussions. Before product, I handled security incidents and complex escalations as a Data Protection Support & Escalation Engineer, investigating compromised tenants and account breaches while restoring access and ensuring business continuity. I maintained top CSAT performance, managed case distribution and queue prioritization, and supported quality/process compliance—skills I now apply to security-focused product outcomes.
