At ProQuest, I audited metadata for a new collection, finding errors and gaps in Excel exports from the internal content database. I also analyzed tens of thousands of records to identify frequently used tags and updates needed.

I designed and managed a migration from a shared drive to SharePoint, structuring 100K+ records, and found duplicates across ProQuest and Alexander Street records. I researched and verified content using primary and historical sources, archival news and articles, and MARC records via OCLC.

I also built an Airtable database for cross-team, asynchronous platform accessibility workflows and analyzed and updated team technical documentation. At Eastern Michigan University, I built a syllabus and schedule around program outcomes and distilled academic articles into plain-language summaries.
