I seek editorial roles that blend culinary knowledge and storytelling, with opportunities for leadership, program development, and impact in food media.

I am a food editor and writer with a strong foundation in hospitality, culinary education, and food systems. I bring hands-on editorial experience across developmental, line, and copy editing, and I am fluent in CMOS, AP, and APA style.

In my freelance and staff roles I have contributed features and regular pieces to outlets including Le Petit and Tasting Table, and I served on the Quality Team at Food & Wine, optimizing SEO, metadata, and CMS workflows. I regularly produce precise introductory copy and series content for digital food journalism.

As a program director and coordinator, I managed annual programming for 300+ classes, recruited and mentored over 40 instructors, developed budgets and kitchen staffing programs, and supported fundraising and event execution.
