At ARLA FOODS SA, I supported Scrum for three Agile teams across Digital Finance Solution ART and Digital HR Solution ART. Their work included finance and HR reporting, a learning management platform, and the global rollout of Employee File Management.

I managed product backlogs, facilitated Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, and worked with Product Owners, team members, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Management to define solutions and move work forward. I also founded MY OWN FITNESS STUDIO, overseeing its setup and launch, and coach basketball with AMW FLOTA GDYNIA, GAK GDYNIA, and SMS WŁADYSŁAWOWO.
