PolandWhat I'm looking for
At Nordea, I run delivery for an 8-person Open Banking team working on PSD2 authentication, authorization and the Permission Dashboard within a SAFe train. I use delivery metrics to guide conversations, coordinate dependencies, and help teams make their working agreements explicit.
With UltraSoul AI, my own product, I run the delivery system around AI agents that write the code. I set an autonomy policy, maintain decision records and use test files as a gate; the product is not launched and has no users yet.
I also built KnowledgePulse, a prototype using RAG across more than 8,800 Confluence pages. It received the Audience Award at an internal AI Hackathon with 30+ teams. Earlier, I worked in project management and IT service roles, including infrastructure migrations and Active Directory support.
