At FYNDBRIDGE CONSULTING, I worked as a Senior Consultant - Internship, developing a strategic plan for new recruitment services and preparing client-facing presentations and business materials.

I also conducted executive talent sourcing across leadership and specialized roles, refining candidate profiles with client feedback and coordinating recruitment initiatives with interns and an Associate Consultant.

For my Employee Attrition Analysis and Prediction project, I used Python to analyze employee data and developed a Random Forest model integrated into an interactive Streamlit application. I also created a Power BI dashboard to visualize attrition trends and HR metrics.

My recruitment funnel and workforce analytics projects used Python and SQL to examine hiring processes and workforce trends. I hold an MBA in Business Analytics from O.P. JINDAL GLOBAL UNIVERSITY, where I ranked 3rd at University Level, and a BA (Honours) in Psychology from LADY SHRI RAM COLLEGE FOR WOMEN.
