What I'm looking for

I seek a pragmatic HR leadership role where I can align people strategy with business goals, drive change, develop leaders, and modernise HR operations in a collaborative, multi-site environment.

I am a commercially focused HR Manager with over 10 years' experience delivering practical HR solutions across manufacturing, hospitality, and multi-site environments.

I have built a modern HR function from the ground up, implementing workforce planning, structured recruitment, and HRIS processes that improved consistency, compliance, and time-to-hire.

I advise and coach senior leaders on performance, employee relations, absence, conduct and capability matters, and I routinely lead investigations and chair disciplinary and grievance hearings.

I am experienced in change and transformation, talent management, payroll administration (BrightHR, Sage, Xero), and maintaining legislative compliance; I bring a collaborative, pragmatic approach to strengthening leadership capability and operational efficiency.
