What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can manage employee lifecycle processes, payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee concerns, and compliance while supporting a collaborative team.

At Royal Caribbean Group, I support global crew readiness by coordinating offboarding, onboarding, crew inquiries, assignment changes, sign-on letters, and visa processing before flight dates.

I've managed timekeeping, payroll, government reporting, and benefits administration for large employee populations at Golden ABC Inc., including more than 3,000 in-store personnel and mandated reports covering more than 5,000 employees.

Across General Milling Corporation and PGA Tech Group of Companies, I've handled recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, labor-law compliance, disciplinary actions, clearances, final pay, and HR inquiries. I've also supported HRIS and payroll-system transition work with IT teams.
