I'm looking to lead or consult on corporate and clinical wellness programs where I can combine health coaching, data-driven reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and employee benefits strategy to improve population health outcomes and reduce costs.

I founded XLM Health Life Fitness, LLC to deliver customized wellness programs for employers and individuals, combining behavioral health coaching, workshops, and sustainable lifestyle practices. My clients have achieved more than 250 pounds of cumulative weight loss through structured programs.
