Lynne Startup
@lynnestartup
3D game artist and Unity gameplay programmer focused on VR.
What I'm looking for
I am a dynamic 3D Artist and Unity gameplay programmer with broad experience creating optimized assets, shaders, animation systems, and interactive features for real-time engines and mobile VR. I combine traditional art skills—modeling, texturing, rigging, cinematics—with programming in C# to deliver polished gameplay experiences.
At Virtual Therapeutics I authored shaders, particle effects, complex animation controllers, and programmed character and prop behavior in Unity, including building 90% of a meditation and cancer visualization experience. I have also produced thousands of animations, built optimized assets and levels in Unreal and Unity, and integrated art and audio across multiple VR/AR and mobile projects.
I collaborate effectively with engineers, lead small art teams, coordinate with external contractors, and apply Agile practices to manage multiple projects. I am passionate about leveraging both artistic and technical capabilities to elevate interactive projects in the gaming and immersive well-being spaces.
