I am an aspiring product designer with a focus on UX and UI design. I have a visual arts background with professional experience in Hospitality and Customer Service, where I developed my keen ability to understand and empathize with a user's frustrations.

My early career focused on making customers happy, identifying and meeting their needs, helping them solve their problems, and crafting the guest’s holistic experience with the company, creating lasting impressions. This experience led the pivot into User Experience Design being a natural fit.
