I joined a team of fellow UX designers to redesign the e-commerce website by focusing on the site's overall usability and the brand's style to attract new users and increase site engagement and user sign-ups.

I joined a team of fellow UX designers to modernize the neighborhood networking website and to implement a new feature that would increase site engagement and member sign-up. I mainly acted as the point of contact for the client and managed the project from start to hand-off by focusing on task delegation, supporting lead research and designer through each design stage, and design presentation.

I participated in 480 + hours of instruction, focusing on modern UX design principles, processes & tools. I practiced rapid, iterative designs on multiple design software platforms and developed high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and desktop products, from start to finish, in intense 2-3 week sprints.

I joined the "Be Our Voice" project to increase awareness on the role of women in technology in the Department of State by creating content for an internal website. I mainly focused on research and generating ideas for engaging content that increased the site engagement by 150%.

I joined the Customer Service team to investigate and resolve customer inquiries and problems in a timely and empathetic manner. I collaborated with management to track trends and analyze qualitative data from customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
