What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven team where I can design learner-centered curricula and programs, use data to improve outcomes, and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver measurable academic and social-emotional growth.

I’m an instructional consultant and program designer who brings user-centered learning and holistic wellness into instruction. I translate complex learner needs into curricula and enrichment programs that drive academic, social, and emotional growth.

Across my roles, I lead program operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product and content strategy. I use data-informed insight—like analyzing outcomes and user feedback—to improve implementation quality, conversion ratios, and learner performance.

I’m also experienced designing engaging learning experiences through interactive simulations, project-based modules, and universal design principles. From building training and onboarding materials to producing wireframes, prototypes, and usability-tested flows, I focus on practical, measurable results that communities can feel and sustain.
