What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve customer-facing operations, solve technical issues, create clear documentation, and collaborate with teams to make services work better.

At Vancouver Bullion and Currency Exchange, I support online customer operations from application processing through final onboarding and account setup.

I created a department handbook for back-end processes and customer instructions, trained new employees, and helped existing teams collaborate across departments. I also liaise with developers to report bugs, test platform releases, and suggest solutions.

I bring experience in customer service, compliance-aware operations, coaching, tutoring, and maintaining a community studio website and email lists. I enjoy helping people find practical solutions while keeping processes organized and clear.
