At Vision Business Technology (VBT), I work as an Information Technology Intern. My hands-on experience includes supporting Microsoft 365 environments, user accounts, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Defender.

Previously, I was an IT Specialist at Incema NPO, where I was responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the organisation’s computer systems and networks.

I’m Microsoft-certified in Identity and Access Administration (SC-300) and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), and I have a strong interest in cybersecurity, cloud administration, and remote IT support.
