What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support sales, franchise or business operations, reporting, customer service, and virtual coordination while working independently and collaborating with international teams.

I've managed self-operated franchise business activities in South Africa, establishing and consistently achieving revenue targets from 2023 to 2026.

I track daily sales, stock movement, and operational metrics through Microsoft Excel, cloud-based reporting systems, and the MUNCH POS and back-office platform. I've also maintained menu listings and pricing while coordinating product updates and delivery-platform activity through Uber Eats.
