What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote recruitment, sourcing, HR support or candidate coordination role where I can build candidate pipelines, support onboarding, communicate clearly with candidates and clients, and help teams run high-volume hiring smoothly.

I've managed end-to-end recruitment at Work Permit, sourcing, screening and matching candidates for temporary roles across industry, retail and agriculture.

I build active candidate pools through WhatsApp groups, databases and direct communication, while clearly explaining salary, schedules, equipment and documentation requirements. I also coordinate onboarding from document collection through contract signing and first-day instructions.

As a daily point of contact for clients and workers, I resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.

More recently, I've supported a business coach remotely by identifying and qualifying leads, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organised follow-up and pipeline notes.
