Business Analyst at GubolinCo who documented myGroundForce dashboards and structured its project wiki.
BrazilWhat I'm looking for
At GubolinCo, I work as a Business Analyst on the myGroundForce fleet-management SaaS project. I write technical specifications for new features and document system versions and releases.
I created the project's first Dashboards Manual, including business rules, formulas, and a simulation spreadsheet, addressing a documentation gap that had existed since 2020. I also structured the project wiki from scratch to centralize technical and business knowledge.
I developed onboarding and training materials by role and module, and I communicate and document work directly in English with a foreign client. Earlier, I supported project management at Cards Tecnologia and worked in IT support at Unilago.
