What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote, hybrid, or on-site work and travel to client sites. I want to build production AI systems with operators, take them from discovery to rollout, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

I built and deployed a production AI customer-service platform for AIB S.A. that triages 2,000–3,000 emails monthly across five languages and drafts grounded replies for human review. As the sole engineer, I took it from operator discovery through CEO demos, team training, GDPR guardrails, EU AI Act assessment, and daily production use.

I've also built AI-enabled CRM, e-commerce, lead-generation, and field-operations systems for businesses operating across Europe. My work has cut offer generation from 45 minutes to 3–5 minutes, improved report approvals from 48 hours to 12, and reduced document incidents from six per month to zero.
