What I'm looking for

I'm looking to take my experience into a broader business environment where I can contribute across operations, people development and process improvement.

At Cape Crowd Hospitality, I joined as the group's first-ever Operations Manager and developed managers with little or no prior operational experience into systems-literate site leaders. I also raised average gross profit from 59% to 65% over a year and a half while maintaining labour cost discipline.

At Bootlegger Coffee Company, ZAR-Holdings, I operated and expanded four franchise sites, maintaining gross profit margins of 60–70% and keeping labour costs within budget. I recruited, onboarded and trained management staff while leading a combined team of 45 across the sites.

Earlier, I opened and managed two Shift Espresso Bar Franchise locations and coordinated evening venue operations at Truth Coffee. At Societi Bistro, I progressed from entry-level staff to manager, overseeing operations, events, staff training and recruitment. I'm now looking to bring my experience in operations, people development and process improvement into a broader business environment.
