I’m a versatile IT Business Analyst and Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience spanning public sector, banking, and e-commerce. I currently work at a Tbilisi City Hall agency, leading delivery of digital public service platforms used across Georgia—from gathering requirements to defining system logic and coordinating developers through Jira.

I’m strong in stakeholder management and facilitation, running requirement-gathering sessions online and offline and translating operational needs into clear, developer-ready specifications. I own the full project flow for city-requested digital services and lead UAT and functional testing, documenting and reporting issues with actionable reproduction steps before release.

On the analytics side, I build with Oracle SQL and Power BI (DAX, Power Query), combining KPI development, forecasting, and A/B testing to improve decisions and user experiences. In e-commerce operations, I created end-to-end stock projection and forecast models, automated weekly Power BI reporting to eliminate manual Excel tracking, and developed dashboards used directly in budget decisions.

My background also includes banking support roles, where I resolved complex issues using SQL and MongoDB diagnostics and escalated problems to development teams with clear, detailed context.
