What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Technical Support or Help Desk position in a remote environment.

At MOVI7 Transportes, I provide direct support to drivers and employees, resolving issues and answering questions to keep daily operations running smoothly.

I also issue, verify, and organize fiscal and operational documents, including CT-e, MDF-e, and manifests, using company systems.

My technical experience includes Windows installation, formatting, and configuration, along with computer assembly and maintenance. I've also used AnyDesk and TeamViewer for remote support.

I'm studying Software Engineering at University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC), with a foundation in basic networking and Python 3. I'm currently seeking an entry-level Technical Support or Help Desk position in a remote environment.
