At The Linux Foundation, I localized advanced Linux, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure courseware from English to Spanish, expanding access for Spanish-speaking engineers while aligning materials with open-source standards.
I also audited hands-on labs across Ubuntu, RHEL, and Debian, identifying and patching configuration issues for certification experiences. I mentored learners through technical Office Hours and global forums, and triaged platform issues.
At Oracle Corporation, I provided Tier 3 support for Identity Management, troubleshooting LDAP, SSO, and replication issues. I worked with development and product engineering teams to investigate bugs and test infrastructure patches.
In my AWS EKS Infrastructure with Terraform project, I provisioned an EKS environment with a custom VPC and least-privilege IAM roles, then deployed a containerized workload using the AWS Load Balancer Controller. I hold the Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator certification and have a B.S. in Electronic Engineering.
