I've supported patient care and healthcare operations at Grupo Sabin, one of Brazil's largest diagnostic medicine groups. I provide humanized guidance, register patients, schedule and authorize exams, and connect patient needs with internal processes and health insurers.

In customer service and billing routines, I've handled high volumes of requests with organization and precision. I contributed to more than R$400,000 in exams completed in a single month and processed more than 150 medical guides per day for billing.

My work includes cash closing, document verification, medical-guide billing and auditing under TISS/TUSS standards, and follow-up on operational issues. I use Shift LIS to register, review, and track information throughout the patient journey.

Earlier, at Banco do Brasil, I supported administrative and document-control routines. I'm building on this practical experience with training in Customer Success, customer-centric culture, value creation, service management, Design Thinking, and agile methods.
