I've led end-to-end planning across global supply chains at Check Point and Cargill, turning forecasts into production, purchasing, allocation, and distribution plans across multiple countries.
At Cargill, I rolled out IBP/S&OP across Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Uruguay, covering six ports, three crushing plants, and later 55 grain collection facilities. I built annual, monthly, and weekly planning cycles that delivered 24-month consensus forecasts and achieved 90% plan adherence against an 85% target.
I also reduced USD 100K in expired inventory write-offs within three months by aligning purchasing to real demand and improving stock rotation. At Check Point, I managed supply, purchasing, and distribution planning for a Taiwan contract manufacturer and three 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Taiwan.
I'm hands-on with SAP, SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel, Snowflake, and automation tools. Most recently at Oriient, I delivered a 2,000-store Walmart mapping project within three months by planning daily capacity and automating Google Sheets dashboards with Apps Script.
